Being a higher education consultant, Prof Krishna interacts with students, academicians and professionals on day to day basis. While he grew through the ranks and ended up being the world's youngest vice-chancellor, he ultimately decided to move on to entrepreneurship. He explains this as a normal course of professional evolution. His talk encourages people to re-evaluate how people view employment. He challenges the idea of earning a degree and getting a job. Prof Krishna N Sharma is a Higher Education Consultant with rich and diverse experience in the field of academics and administration. He holds the world record of being the world’s youngest Vice-Chancellor. He is on the board of trustees and advisors of universities and other organizations. He is former Vice-Chancellor of Victoria University, Uganda, and former Dean of St. Louis University, Cameroon. He is a prolific author with 40+ best-sellers out of his 145+ published books and holds 8 world records in academic-related areas.
