To make this wholesome meal and #StayHealthyAtHome, you’ll need: White fish Small corn tortillas Cajun seasoning Sweetcorn Avocado Lime Coriander Olive oil 1. Simply season your fish and drizzle in olive oil and pop in the oven for 20 minutes at 180C. 2. To max your salsa, mash your avocado, mix in half a tin of sweetcorn, your chopped coriander. Squeeze in the juice from your lime and sprinkle with some salt. 3. When your fish is cooked, flake it using a fork. Now it’s time to assemble your taco. Spread your salsa over the tortilla, layer on your fish, wrap and enjoy.
