| Video Discription | #mahaveerajayanti ವರ್ಧಮಾನ ಮಹಾವೀರನ ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ಮಾಹಿತಿ | Brief information about Vardhamana Mahavira ಜೈನ ಧರ್ಮದ ಹಬ್ಬಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾವೀರ ಜಯಂತಿ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾದುದು. ಕೊನೆಯ ತೀರ್ಥಂಕರನಾದ ಮಹಾವೀರ ಜನಿಸಿದ್ದು ಚೈತ್ರ ಮಾಸದ ಶುಕ್ಲ ತ್ರಯೋದಶಿಯಂದು. ಮಹಾವೀರ ಅಥವ ವರ್ಧಮಾನ ಮಹಾವೀರ ಜೈನ ಧರ್ಮದ 24ನೇ ತೀರ್ಥಂಕರರು ಹಾಗು ಈ ಧರ್ಮದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸಿದ್ಧಾಂತಗಳ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರು. ಮಹಾವೀರ ಜಯಂತಿಯಂದು ಜೈನ ಬಸದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಾವುಟಗಳಿಂದ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಬೆಳಗಿನ ಸಮಯ ಮಹಾವೀರನ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಗೆ ಅಭಿಷೇಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನಂತರ ಇದನ್ನು ತೊಟ್ಟಿಲಿನಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟು ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ಯಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳು ಅಕ್ಕಿ, ಹಣ್ಣು, ಹಾಲು, ನೀರು ಮೊದಲಾದುವನ್ನು ನೈವೇದ್ಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಪ್ರವಚನಗಳು, ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತವೆ. ಗೋರಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಚಂದಾ ಎತ್ತಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಜೈನ ಧರ್ಮ “ಅಹಿಂಸಾ ಪರಮೋ ಧರ್ಮಃ” – ಅಹಿಂಸೆಯೇ ಮೂಲಮಂತ್ರವಾದ ಜೈನಧರ್ಮ ತ್ಯಾಗಪ್ರಧಾನವಾದ ಧರ್ಮ. ಪ್ರಥಮ ತೀರ್ಥಂಕರರಾದ ಭಗವಾನ್ ಋಷಭದೇವರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿ ಭಗವಾನ್ ಮಹಾವೀರರವರೆಗೆ, ಭಗವಾನ್ ಮಹಾವೀರರಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು ಇಂದಿನ ದಿಗಂಬರ-ಶ್ವೇತಾಂಬರರವರೆಗೆ ಈ ಅತಿ ಪ್ರಾಚೀನಧರ್ಮವು ಸರ್ವದಾ ತ್ಯಾಗ, ವೈರಾಗ್ಯ, ತಪಸ್ಸು – ಇವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಹತ್ವ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಇಂದಿನ ಆಧುನಿಕ ಯುಗದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಿಷ್ಠೆಯಿಂದ ತಪಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರತರಾದ ಜೈನಮುನಿಗಳನ್ನು, ಶ್ವೇತಾಂಬರರನ್ನು ಕಾಣಬಹುದು. ಗ್ರಹಸ್ಥರು ಈ ಧರ್ಮದ ಪ್ರಾಣಸ್ವರೂಪ; ಅವರು ನಿರ್ಗ್ರಂಥಿಗಳ (ಎಲ್ಲ ಬಂಧಗಳಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತ), ಮುನಿಗಳ, ಅರ್ಹಂತರ (ದಾರಿ ತೋರುವ ಸದಾಚಾರಿಗಳ) ಪಾಲನೆ ಪೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅಣುವ್ರತಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜೈನ ಮಂದಿರಗಳ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹತ್ತರ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. #ಜೈನಧರ್ಮ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಮಹಾವೀರ (24 ನೇ ತೀರ್ಥಂಕರ) ತಂದೆ ಸಿದ್ಧಾರ್ಥ ತಾಯಿ ತ್ರಿಶಲಾದೇವಿ ಕಾಲ ಕ್ರಿ.ಪೂ 599-527 ಸ್ಥಳ ಬಿಹಾರದ ವೈಶಾಲಿ ಬಳಿಯ ಕುಂದಗ್ರಾಮ ಹೆಂಡತಿ ಯಶೋಧ ಮಗಳು ಪ್ರಿಯದರ್ಶಿನಿ ರಾಜವಂಶ ಇಕ್ಷ್ವಾಕು ಜ್ಞಾನೋದಯ 42 ನೇ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜೃಂಬಿಕ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ವಾಣ ತನ್ನ 72 ನೇ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಿ.ಪೂ 527 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಹಾರದ ಪಾವಪುರ ಎಂಬಲ್ಲಿ ಪಂಗಡಗಳು 1) ದಿಗಂಬರ 2) ಶ್ವೇತಾಂಬರ ಜೈನ ಮತದ ಸಿದ್ಧಾಂತಗಳು:- 1) ಅಹಿಂಸೆ:- ಹಿಂಸೆ ಮಾಡದಿರುವುದು 2) ಸತ್ಯ:- ಸುಳ್ಳನ್ನು ಆಡದಿರುವುದು 3) ಅಪರಿಗೃಹ:- ಆಸ್ತಿಯ ನಿಗ್ರಹ 4) ಆಸ್ತೇಯ:- ಕದಿಯದಿರುವುದು 5) ಶುದ್ಧ ವಿಚಾರ:- ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಚರ್ಯದ ಆಚರಣೆ Vardhamana Mahavira, the twenty-fourth and last Tirthankaras of the Jains is the most important figure in the history of Jainism. The events before his birth, such as the dreams his mother had when he was conceived are described in great detail, but few details are given about him after he was born. At the age of thirty Mahavira became an ascetic, and wandered about for twelve years.
