If you practice this 'Surya mudra' along with a proper diet & workout regime, you can expect remarkable weight loss results in a very less span of time. How to Perform Surya Mudra for Weight Loss? 1.First of all, place the tip of the ring finger on the base of the thumb and then apply gentle pressure of the thumb upon this finger. 2.This pressure suppresses the earth element which resides in the ring finger by the fire element that resides in the thumb. Thus, the fire is able to rage unopposed. For best results, this mudra should be performed for at least 45 minutes every day.
